This training provides an opportunity to educate participants on Nondiscrimination principles and issues with specific regard to CSR.
Businesses, governments, non-profits and other organisations need to
adopt these principles for a global marketplace. In so doing, it becomes
important to develop cross-cultural competences that acknoweldge, in
particular, diversity and inclusion which allows people from all backgrounds to hear and be heard, understand and be understood, and work together productively. Training modules include topics which are common to the other catalogue themes, such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Cooperation for Development and Intercultural Dialogue.
